Nanaimo Ladysmith Bus Driver Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a school bus in adherence to safety policies

• Inspect vehicles before trips and report issues

• Recommend safety changes to improve operations

• Manage passenger behavior according to district policy

• Provide emergency first aid when necessary

Requirements:

• Grade 11 education or equivalent

• Valid B.C. class 1 or 2 driver's license needed

• Clean driving record and strong communication skills

• Preferred prior experience driving buses

• Physical capability to perform all tasks
