• $31.92 per hour
• Vacation pay: 13% of your hourly wage
• Benefits eligibility:
  After completing 250 hours
• Pension contributions: $5.00 per hour worked

• Haul construction equipment, materials, and machinery safely across Vancouver Island and BC.
• Operate Class 1 vehicles with pup and tri-axle trailers.
• Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections and handle basic maintenance reporting.
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures.
• Work with site supervisors to ensure on-time, efficient project delivery.
• Keep clean and accurate driving logs and documentation.
• Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution.
• Be prepared to work in changing weather and site conditions.

• A valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience (pup and tri-axle trailers required).
• A clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Solid knowledge of load securement and highway safety.
• Great communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Criminal record check may be required for some positions.
