Position: Package Pre-loader at UPS
Secure a part-time position as a Package Pre-loader at UPS in Nanaimo, working from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Engage in physically demanding tasks, aiding in efficient package processing.

UPS is currently looking for dedicated individuals to join its Nanaimo Package Facility as Pre-loaders. The job involves unloading trailers, scanning, and sorting packages based on various criteria. You will be working within a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork for seamless package transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages weighing 10 to 70 lbs

• Accurately scan and sort packages

• Liaise with team members for effective operations

• Familiarize yourself with postal routing and codes

• Operate conveyor belts and other handling equipment

Requirements:

• Must be available Monday to Friday

• Strong organizational and procedural adherence

• Physically fit for handling packages

• Calm under pressure in fast-paced settings

• Warehouse experience considered beneficial
