Start your day early as a Part-Time Package Pre-loader at UPS in Nanaimo, British Columbia. This role focuses on loading and unloading packages while adhering to safety protocols.

UPS seeks dedicated team members for its Nanaimo Package Facility. As a Pre-loader, your responsibilities include handling packages up to 70 lbs, scanning, and sorting them efficiently. You'll work Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM, ensuring timely package transfer in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and load packages from trailers and vehicles

• Lift and move packages from 10 to 70 lbs

• Scan and sort packages based on postal codes

• Work closely with conveyors and warehouse equipment

• Collaborate in a team to enhance package transfer

Requirements:

• Available Monday to Friday for early shifts

• Follow safety and operational procedures

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Comfortable in a physically demanding warehouse

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
