Flex Driver

Role Summary

Ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, review orders prior to delivery, load and unload vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities with variable hours and days based on business requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver’s license.
• Preferred:
  One year customer‑oriented business experience.
• Rate of learning: approximately 3 months.
• In Quebec, bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Must successfully complete mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
• Must complete all basic and recurrence training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Fed Ex Canada operations is an asset.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
