Role Summary
Ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, review orders prior to delivery, load and unload vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid full G license / Class 5 driver’s license.
- Preferred:
One year customer‑oriented business experience. - Rate of learning: approximately 3 months.
- In Quebec, bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Must successfully complete mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
- Must complete all basic and recurrence training.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Knowledge of Fed Ex Canada operations is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
