This job will lead you to build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate on developing business markets. Also providing safe, efficient, prompt, and courteous pick-up and delivery service for gases, while promoting ALC’s quality and safety objectives.
* Cylinders and hardgoods delivery.
* Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
* Process and confirm delivery slips.
* Assist in store with shipping, receiving, customer service and store duties as time allows / as required.
* Pick your own load of cylinders, plan out your day based on items dispatched for you, drive to required sites and pick up empties then offload trucks upon return and sort the cylinders.
* receiving, storing the cylinders in the warehouse.##                    ## ## Are you a MATCH?

* Required Qualifications:

*** Valid class 3 license with air with a clean driver's abstract
* A minimum of 2 years experience in the delivery industry
* Customer service experience
* Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
* Experience on a forklift truck
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Forklift Certification
* Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification
* Knowledge of compressed gases and basic welding processes
**** Please attach a recent copy of your minimum 5-year Commercial Driver's Abstract (issued within the last 30 days) along with your updated resume
