Responsibilities- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Organize the process of incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Supervise postal activities
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Coordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Manage the operations of package handling
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years
- Location:
5809 BROADWAY RD, Nanaimo, BC V9V 1E7 - Work location:
On site - Salary: $36.60 per hour (30 hours per week)
- Terms of employment:
Permanent employment, full-time, flexible hours - Starts as soon as possible
