Warehouse Worker​/Forklift Operator Ltd

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Central Island Distributors is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to join our transportation team. • Safely load and unload freight using a forklift
• Receive, sort, and stage freight for delivery routes
• Prepare manifests and shipping documentation
• Load trailers accurately and efficiently
• Verify freight and maintain accuracy in shipments
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to meet daily deadlines
• Follow company safety procedures and operating standards

• Previous forklift experience required
• Forklift certification is an asset but not required
• Warehouse or freight handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move freight safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation is required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment
