Early Morning Package Handler

Position: Early Morning Package Handler Job
Work at Fed Ex Canada as an Early Morning Package Handler, starting at 4 AM from Tuesday to Saturday. This critical role involves loading, unloading, and sorting freight safely.

In this position, you will engage in various tasks including reading freight labels, scanning packages, and ensuring the efficient flow of operations. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift packages weighing 70 lbs or more. Familiarity with Canadian Customs is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load and unload freight

• Scan and accurately sort all packages

• Manage lifting of up to 70 lbs

• Participate in basic and recurrency training

• Collaborate with colleagues in the facility

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must manage packages up to 150 lbs with equipment

• Bilingual if residing in Quebec

• Must be available early mornings on required days
