Location: Ladysmith
Become a key player at Danfoss in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, as a Delivery Driver focusing on ecommerce deliveries. This full-time role blends technology with hands-on delivery tasks.
This physically demanding position requires candidates to lift and carry 50 pounds and manage multiple staircases throughout each workday. Danfoss has been serving the community since 1967 and is eager to train new drivers who have a flexible schedule for 40-50 hours a week in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully deliver ecommerce packages to clients
• Adapt to varying weather conditions while delivering
• Comply with attendance and safety requirements
• Navigate local routes efficiently with GPS
• Help fellow drivers with workload during peak times
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license in British Columbia
• 5 years driving experience and eligibility to work in Canada
• Positive, can-do attitude and schedule flexibility
• Capable of heavy lifting and navigating stairs
• Pass driving and background checks
