Deliver packages efficiently as a Casual Courier with Fed Ex, using safe driving and strong customer service on assigned routes. Flexible shifts require at least four shifts monthly.
This courier role focuses on courteous pickups, deliveries, shipment inspections, and customer assistance. You will load vans, plan routes, operate tracking systems, and explain Federal Express Canada features of service. Accurate paperwork, package security, and professional presentation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete efficient, safe package pickups and deliveries
- Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, and stop counts
- Load vans and plan efficient delivery routes
- Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems
- Answer customer questions about shipping services
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Successful mandatory pre-placement driver assessment
