Job Overview

Adecco is hiring a full-time, reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator
) to support our client's warehouse operations in Nanaimo, BC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and enjoys hands‑on work.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Temporary / Full-time. Paid weekly—accurate and on time. Medical and dental benefits once qualified. Free training programs available.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against documentation.
• Restock and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
• Label, tag, and stage materials for delivery or pickup.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

• Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred.
• Valid counterbalance forklift experience or certification is mandatory.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation tracking.
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, and moving materials.
