Join 21 Century as an experienced Warehouse Manager located in Nanaimo, BC. This full-time, permanent position focuses on operational management and staff oversight.
21 Century is looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee operations and ensure safety compliance. You will manage budget planning, direct training efforts, and maintain facility equipment effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining high productivity levels and operational excellence within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operational management of the warehouse
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and statistics
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage the repair activities of equipment and systems
• Train, supervise, and develop warehouse staff
Requirements:
• College-level education (1-2 year diploma)
• 2-3 years of warehouse management experience
• English proficiency required
• Valid authorization to work in Canada
• Strong organizational and management skills
