Under direct supervision, this role includes managing order fulfillment and transportation of goods. You will ensure that all merchandise is accounted for and that a well-maintained workspace is upheld. Your tasks will involve operating equipment and preparing items for customer returns, reinforcing accuracy and safety at every turn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage item picking and shipping processes
• Recheck orders and prepare for customer delivery
• Secure packages and process returns
• Organize inventory according to MINO standards
• Communicate any inventory issues promptly
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Basic reading, math, and computer skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Forklift operation certification needed
Deliver organized and safe warehouse operations while ensuring high-quality service for Motion Industries customers.
