The position reports to the ACKventure Camp Director and Assistant Camp Director.

This is a seasonal, full-time position, up to 35 hours per week. Camp weeks run from June 22 through August 14. The hourly rate is $25-$27 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The Program & Activities Manager is a leadership role that oversees the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality programming for campers ages 3.5 to 10 years old. This position ensures that all camp activities, such as art, enrichment, and recreation, are engaging and developmentally appropriate.

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Experience in related fields (education, childcare, camp counselor) is preferred.
• Strong swimming skills are preferred, but not required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to converse with caregivers pleasantly and effectively.
• Previous experience working or volunteering with children.
• Certification in CPR/first aid or willingness to be certified. Certification is required by June 30, 2026.
