Certification Details
- Pharmacist position at Nantucket Cottage Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system.

Job Details
- Massachusetts Pharmacy license required.
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Documentation of immunizations including MMR, Influenza vaccine during flu season, TB test within 3 months of start date, and health statement within 365 days of start date.
- Criminal background checks including MGB Criminal Background Check, Massachusetts CORI, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks required within specified time frames.
- Completion of MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training mandatory.
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required for skill.
- Education verification required through background check company.
Job Requirements
