The Nantucket Fire Department seeks a Career Firefighter/EMT. Prior EMT/EMT-P experience is preferred, with Paramedic being a plus. Under supervision of a Captain, the Firefighter performs fire suppression, EMS, hazmat responses, auto extrication, and public education to protect lives and property in Town of Nantucket.
Massachusetts EMT certification is required, with ongoing certification maintenance. This is a full-time, union position offering benefits and a competitive salary package.
