Level I Housekeeper is an entry‑level position responsible for cleaning and maintaining the various types of resort accommodations (suites, cottages, homes), as well as pool areas, activities/fitness rooms, massage rooms, and common areas. They are also responsible for all on‑site laundry, spot carpet cleaning, turn‑down services, and additional guest services as needed. Responsible for maintaining housekeeping closets and carts with designated supplies and cleaning materials.

All team members work to promote a 5‑star service philosophy which ensures a positive experience for our guests. Additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Cleaning and maintaining resort accommodations (suites, cottages, homes), pool areas, activities/fitness rooms, massage rooms, and common areas
• All on‑site laundry, spot carpet cleaning, turn‑down services, and additional guest services as needed
• Maintain housekeeping closets and carts with designated supplies and cleaning materials

• 0–3 months housekeeping experience at a hotel, resort, or club preferred
• High level of customer service skills
• Maintain composure and tact with co‑workers and guests
• Flexible to work split shifts, weekends, holidays, and long hours as needed
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to clean thoroughly at a fast pace
• Ability to carry 50 lbs, walk up and down multiple flights of stairs, and perform repetitive movements and tasks
