• 24 months of role experience is required, with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• Role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program:
  Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program.

• Postpartum experience.

• Rotating shifts.
• 7 days maximum time off.
• 1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required.
• 1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required.
• Proof of identification required.

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition).
• Basic Life Support.
