This fast‑growing retail startup is opening its very first brick‑and‑mortar location and is looking for a highly skilled Store Manager to ensure a smooth opening and effective store operations.

Corporate housing is provided by the employer.

• Manage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met
• Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash, and managing in‑store marketing
• Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Track and manage inventory at the store

• 5+ years of retail and retail management experience
• Minimum 1 year of people‑management experience, with demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
• Strong customer service, management, and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management
• Experience with Shopify highly preferred
