Woodmeister Master Builders is a high-end residential Construction, Millwork and Lifestyle Management Services company providing fine quality home building, renovations, custom cabinetry, architectural woodworking and residential management services for discerning clientele.

We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician with 'Mac Gyver' type handy-man skills to join our Lifestyle Management Team on Nantucket. Housing will be provided for employees. This is a year round full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

The technician will provide prompt, skilled service to customers for a wide variety of needs related to high-end home maintenance contracts including:

• Routine and emergency home maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and solve problems related to systems, appliances, structures
• Fine finish carpentry and millwork installation and repairs
• Kitchen up-fits, cabinet doors, drawer slides, specialty hinges
• Bathroom remodels, install vanities, cabinets and finish work
• Provide exemplary customer service

• A thorough understanding of residential maintenance and home repair
• Solid finish carpentry skills and millwork installation techniques
• Moderate level of electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge
• Cosmetic / touch up painting skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
