Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain an effective working relationship with the entire Golf Operation Team and Club Management
- Detail protocols that ensure a consistent member experience when visiting an area of the Club
- Be knowledgeable on all facets of the club, its history, policies, and activities
- Help enforce all the club’s rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, pace of play, golf carts, golf attire, and additional rules
- Event Preparation and Execution – Ladies’ Golf Weekly Games & Events
- First Tee Coordination and Starter/Ranger Assistance
- Club Repair
- Mentoring Assistants and Interns
- Lessons/Clinics (Men’s, Ladies, Mixed, Juniors, Caddies)
- Inventory Control
- Prepare, maintain, and continue to improve the Golf Shop
- Play Golf with the Membership and Staff
- Assist Pace of Play
- On-Site Housing (Free)
- Clothing Allowance
