After Sales Coordinator | Nantwich | £26,000 to £30,000 DOE

Key Overview This role is ideal for someone with experience in service administration, aftersales support, service coordination, scheduling, or customer service within a technical/service environment
. The successful candidate will act as the link between customers, engineers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure service and repair work is completed efficiently.

• Coordinate customer service, repair, and aftersales enquiries.
• Schedule engineers and service visits.
• Monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed timescales.
• Provide customers with regular updates on repairs and service work.
• Process service documentation, orders, and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate CRM and service management records.
• Support warranty claims and aftersales administration.
• Work closely with sales, service, and operational teams.
