Antella Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading travel organisation for a Group Reservations Executive . This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy reservations team, managing group accommodation bookings and delivering exceptional service from enquiry through to confirmation. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships and coordinating multiple bookings, this could be the ideal role for you.

The Role Manage group reservation enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation. Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for group bookings. Coordinate accommodation requirements, rooming lists, amendments and special requests. Liaise with hotels and suppliers to secure availability and negotiate the best possible rates. Confirm bookings and ensure all reservation details are accurate and up to date. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple bookings and deadlines. Ensure all administration and reservation records are maintained accurately. About You Previous experience within Group Reservations, Hotel Reservations, Hotel Reception, Inbound Travel or the Travel Industry . Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluent Spanish and English essential Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
