- Be the main point ofcontact for customers using SAP for production– manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
- Monitor and maintain SAP system sand inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements& maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
- Previous experience of working within a food-based production OR warehousing environment would be advantageous
- Experience working with SAP production would be advantageous
- Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service
- Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
