Registered Nurse

Full-time

Nantwich

£21 per hour

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor residents' health conditions, recognize changes, and take prompt action as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to care staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
• Liaise with residents' families, offering updates and support regarding care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• A valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council registration).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care planning.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a commitment to providing person-centred care.

• 1-year previous experience in a nursing home or similar environment is preferred.
