Belong is seeking a Lead Head Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping services across our villages. You will coach and guide teams, perform audits and quality checks, and drive improvements in cleanliness, infection prevention and resident experience.
The role requires multi-site oversight, strong standards, and a willingness to travel. A full driving licence and UK eligibility are essential; NVQ2 in Cleaning is desirable.
