The Tax Advisor is a key part of our team – you will be a part of tax preparation, compliance, and advising clients on tax planning. Platform Accounting Group is a rapidly growing professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium sized businesses and their owners. • Prepare individual and business (C‑corps, S‑corps, partnerships) tax returns. Develop your skills and knowledge to increase complexity and types of returns completed.
• Build, maintain and enhance client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of each client’s business and finances.
• Provide or assist with accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, etc.
• Identify, research, and resolve tax issues.

• 0–3 years of experience preparing a variety of tax returns.
• Understanding of practices, theories, and policies related to taxes and accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree required;
  Master's Degree preferred.
• EA or CPA desired (or actively working towards licensure).
