A well‑established, privately held organization in the Napa Valley is seeking a Sr. Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who enjoys a structured environment and contributing to accurate financial reporting.
Overview of the Role- Support general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash activity
- Participate in month‑end close and routine financial reporting
- Support internal controls, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on accounting‑related needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of GL, AP, and AR
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ERP system experience preferred
- On‑site position in Napa Valley
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
