A respected, physician-owned multispecialty group with 50+ providers and over 40 years of stability is expanding its service offerings and seeking Neurologists to help launch and build a new outpatient general neurology service line. With multiple clinic locations across the SF Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, this group offers unmatched flexibility, growth potential, and practice autonomy.
This is an excellent opportunity for both 2026 Residents/Fellows and practicing neurologists especially those with personal or professional ties to Northern California.
Position Overview
• Outpatient general neurology no inpatient call unless desired
• Help build and shape a new neurology service line alongside an established Neurologist
• Multiple location options based on candidate preference
• Collaborative, physician-led practice model
• Full clinical support and streamlined administrative operations
• Client is highly responsive with a fast, efficient interview process
Compensation & Benefits
• Negotiable base salary (around $300K depending on experience)

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• 2026 Residents/Fellows encouraged to apply
• Practicing physicians with ties to the Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, or Sacramento are strongly preferred
• Strong interest in building an outpatient neurology program
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
