A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group is expanding its Rheumatology Department and seeking 2 3 Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologists to join their thriving team. This group offers long-term stability, collaborative culture, and outstanding earning potential.

This is an outpatient-only opportunity with no hospital or inpatient call responsibilities. The group is recruiting for both current openings and future hires (2025/2026 graduates), with a preference for those who have strong ties to Northern California.

• Outpatient-only Rheumatology

• Join a collegial team of two established Rheumatologists

• Multiple clinic locations across the SF Bay Area and Northern California

• Flexible scheduling and supportive practice infrastructure

• No hospital call, no inpatient duties

• Negotiable base salary ( $300K range), plus:

  • Signing bonus

  • Production bonuses consistently earned by current providers
