Job Summary

Provide quality primary health care, working closely with a healthcare team. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, patient education, and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Manage chronic conditions and acute care
  • Review labs, prescriptions, referrals
  • Prescribe medications and treatments
  • Refer to specialists as needed
  • Provide patient education
  • Document in electronic health records
  • Participate in quality improvement and team activities
Qualifications
  • MD or DO licensed in California, Board Certified
  • Current California medication license and DEA
  • Basic Life Support CPR certification
  • Experience in community health preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish/Tagalog/Cantonese preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

Pre-employment drug testing required.
