• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face or via virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide IRS support to clients.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your own tax expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous customer service or retail experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25‑35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Comfort with virtual tools—video, phone, and chat.
• Effective communication skills in person, through phone, and in writing.
• Meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent, at minimum.

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour.
