Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to work in a collaborative and patient-focused environment?
Napa Post Acute is seeking talented PTs to join our compassionate rehab team, where your expertise will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional mobility and reduce fall risk
- Collaborate with nursing, OT, and SLP teams to ensure holistic care
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and progress tracking
- Competitive pay: starting at $70/hr
- Flexible scheduling: full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
- Well-established, supportive therapy department
- Modern rehab equipment and strong clinical leadership

- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
- SNF or geriatric care experience a plus
