About Communi Care+OLEEstablished in 2023, Communi Care+OLE is the result of a union of two health centers with deep roots in their respective communities and reputations for providing high-quality primary care to all, regardless of insurance or ability to pay: OLE Health of Napa and Solano Counties and Communi Care Health Centers of Yolo County. Building on a legacy established by both organizations in 1972, Communi Care+OLE is a network of federally-qualified health centers with 17 sites across Napa, Solano, and Yolo Counties.
It offers comprehensive care, including medical, dental, behavioral health and substance use treatment, nutrition, optometry, pharmacy, care coordination, referrals, and enrollment assistance to more than 70,000 individuals, and no one is turned away due to lack of insurance, immigration status, or ability to pay. Many services are offered outside of its sites, including mobile health, home visiting, and community and school-based programs.

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for welcoming new and existing members of the community with facilitating patient access to affordable quality health care. Enrollment specialists assist with determining eligibility for health coverage programs or plans.

Qualifications- Education:
College degree or high school diploma with 2 years related work experience - Experience/Lived
Experience:- 2 years’ directly related experience in a social service agency, health care organization, or medical office.
- Data collection and analysis experience preferred.
- Special Skills/Training:
- Customer service skills in health care setting
- Excellent computer skills and efficient use of all Microsoft Office Software
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills (Spanish and English required)
- Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Required to have versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and have acute attention to detail.
- Expected to have strong interpersonal skills and can understand and follow written/verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels and with external customers required.
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computer and copier equipment.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, with occasional walking.
- Ability to bend, lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Must be able to load, unload, set up and take down outreach equipment, including canopies and folding tables.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Must be able to provide own transportation to different sites.
