Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community situated on a vast 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. We are on the lookout for dedicated and talented CNAs to join our dynamic Skilled Nursing Facility team, where your passion for care will flourish in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living. Our commitment to safety and excellence means you’ll receive training and support tailored to resident needs based on census and patient acuity. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with meals, showering, and toileting, as well as providing companionship and attending to the various needs of our recovering residents.

What You’ll Need

• A desire to provide compassionate care, to learn, to grow and to play a significant role on our passionate Meadows of Napa Valley Team.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of California is required

Schedule Options

• Rotation: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off
• Full-Time PM (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Full-Time NOC (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Wages

• $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, DOE
