Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community situated on a vast 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40‑apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20‑apartment Memory Support Center. What You’ll Be DoingYou will assist the Life Enrichment Coordinator to implement therapeutic activity and life enrichment programs in the facility. You will support volunteers and lead holistically designed activity programs that support person centered care philosophy and a high level of care.
About You- Experience in a senior living facility, recreation therapy, or a related field is preferred.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Working knowledge in gerontology, dementia, physiology and anatomy, and/or recreation therapy.
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, team building skills, and/or leadership skills.
- Computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records systems.
- Part‑Time
Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Friday & Saturday)
- $18.00 - $21.18 per hour, depending on experience
