* * to play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for both employees and guests. This role is vital to our service standards and service success.
* This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work evening shifts as needed.*##

Job Description
* Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in tasting rooms, offices, production areas, and public spaces
* Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces at standard heights
* Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors; restock supplies
* Clean fermentation tanks, barrels, tools, hoses, drains, and other equipment to maintain hygiene standards
* Promptly clean spills, especially in high-traffic and production areas
* Maintain patios, walkways, outdoor seating, and landscaped areas by removing trash, debris, and leaves
* Power wash outdoor surfaces as needed
* Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins; ensure proper waste disposal per winery policies
* Monitor waste levels and coordinate vendor removal services
* Follow OSHA and regulatory guidelines for cleaning and material handling
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
* Store and label cleaning supplies properly; monitor and restock inventory
* Communicate with management to order supplies as needed
* Assist with setup and cleanup before, during, and after events or tastings
* Keep public areas presentable for tours and private functions
* Coordinate with production and front-of-house teams to minimize disruption during cleaning
* Support departments with tasks like wine bottle polishing, labeling, and stocking
* Handle unexpected cleaning emergencies promptly
* Maintain cleanliness in breakrooms and employee areas## Qualifications
* Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
* Attention to detail to ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
* Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
