We are seeking on‑call events servers who are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and thrive in a luxury environment. • Provide attentive and professional service throughout each event
• Set up, service, and break down function spaces according to event orders
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and planning teams to ensure successful event execution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service
• Represent the Alila and Hyatt brand standards at all times
• Provide attentive and professional service throughout each event

On‑Call Commitment: On‑call team members must be available for scheduled events and may not decline three consecutive shifts when offered.

• Prior experience in banquets, catering, or F&B service preferred
• Ability to lift and carry trays, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
