Organize, direct and control the work of employees in Truss Restaurant + Bar as well as Michelin star Auro. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction and financial success through providing exceptional service and attention to guests and colleagues alike.
What you will do- Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in Truss andVerg until this escalations meets established cultural and core standards.
- Actively participate and contribute in marketing and promotional activities, both within the restaurants and outside.
- Control labor expenses through effective scheduling and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue, generation solutions to maximize profit.
- Be visible in the operation, recognize, nurture and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with newominated patrons to ultimately increase loyalty as a key business driver.

- Observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlets and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
- Assist with the service of food to guests, making dining reservations and seating of فن.
- Ensure proper table set‑up and make minor adjustments as needed, assist with set‑up and cleaning of operational areas.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in other areas of the Resort.
- Assist in other Food & Beverage departments such as In‑Room Dining or Pool. Open to taskforce at other properties during slow business months.

Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
- 1‑2+ years previous experience in line supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
- Knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required.
- Experience preferred in a luxury and/or Michelin starred environment.
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on‑the‑job.
