Job Description
  • Manage litigation cases, including document control and calendaring docket deadlines
  • Prepare and organize legal documents such as forms, charts, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with trial preparation
    , including organizing trial documents and exhibits
  • Prepare pre‑trial pleadings and support filing readiness
  • Prepare for depositions and assist attorneys with deposition materials
  • Prepare for hearings and coordinate supporting documents
  • Request and organize records, including maintaining clear record logs
  • Maintain team and court calendars and keep attorneys aware of scheduled events and approaching deadlines
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls and support coordination across stakeholders
  • Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, insureds, clients, and vendors via phone and email
  • Maintain electronic and paper files with strong organization and version control
  • Support other team members and timekeepers as needed
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of paralegal or legal secretarial experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated initiative, self‑direction, and professionalism with clients and carriers
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Bachelors degree preferred (not required)
