Napa Valley Wine Train is hiring a Membership Coordinator to lead the wine club team, elevate member experiences, and drive wine sales and club retention. This hybrid role may also involve work in the retail/photo/cafe space to support operations and guest services.
The position requires 2 years in wine membership or customer service, knowledge of wine and DTC practices, and familiarity with wine club systems. A valid CA driver’s license and 21+ age are required.
