Meadows of Napa Valley is a continuing‑care retirement community situated on a spacious 20‑acre campus. The community offers 243 independent living apartments, a 69‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40‑apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20‑apartment Memory Support Center. We are looking for dedicated and talented LVNs to join our collaborative team of caregivers, nursing leaders, and administrative staff in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Your passion for care will flourish in a supportive atmosphere that prioritizes the well‑being of both staff and residents.

You will provide person‑centered, individualized, and clinically competent care with support from the management team to all residents, temporary and permanent, assuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Active California LVN license.
• Experience as a Nurse in a SNF/Sub‑Acute Rehab setting preferred but not required.
• Current and valid CPR Certification.

• Flexible availability across all shifts: AM (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), PM (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), NOC (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).

• LVN: $32.00 – $35.51 per hour, DOE.
