Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to neonates in a Level II Nursery setting.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3, ensuring high-quality care and attention.
- Participate in on-call rotations and float between like units as needed.
- Work every other weekend to support our 24/7 care environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a NICU setting.
- Preferred experience with charge responsibilities and working in a Level II Nursery.
- Open to first-time NICU nurses eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
- Locals are welcome to apply, though pending licenses are not accepted.
- Block scheduling is subject to manager discretion.
- Guaranteed hours, with the possibility of being called off once per two-week pay period.
- Free parking is available, and RNs are required to wear solid royal blue scrubs.
- Charting is done using Epic software.
