Account Manager
- Landscape Maintenance North Bay, SF, East Bay (2 Openings)

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager oversees a portfolio of client accounts, manages customer relationships, supervises maintenance crews, and sells additional enhancement services. This role ensures client satisfaction, manages schedules, monitors work quality, and drives revenue growth.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong client relationships
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for assigned accounts
• Conduct regular site visits and property assessments, providing reports to clients
• Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance crews, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Manage account budgets, approve field reports, timesheets, and billing
• Identify and sell additional services to grow existing client accounts
• Attend client walk-throughs as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned, including seasonal responsibilities

• Minimum three years of landscape account management or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, irrigation, and safety practices
• Budgeting and financial management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and perform outdoor physical tasks
• Bachelor's degree in plant sciences or related field preferred

• Outdoor work in a variety of temperatures and exposure to light rain, dust, pollen, and chemicals
• Frequent walking, standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand/wrist movements
• Exposure to machinery, equipment noise, and landscaping hazards
