You’ll step into a well-equipped practice that supports comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care with technology such as ultrasound, endoscopy, digital radiography, and in-house diagnostics. The hospital maintains strong referral relationships with UC Davis and other Bay Area specialists, ensuring continuity and support for complex cases. Flexible scheduling allows for three to four consistent shifts per week with no on-call responsibilities, giving you the freedom to enjoy the lifestyle Napa is known for. • DVM/VMD with eligibility for California licensure
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Committed to high-quality medicine and client communication
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

• Competitive salary or production-based model, with earnings from $100,000 (new Grad) to $140,000 depending on experience
• Up to $40,000 in sign-on or relocation support
