Position Overview
Specialize in tree care services where you will be engaging residential and commercial customers, evaluating tree health, creating care programs, building client relationships, setting up crews, and collaborating with the District Manager.
Job Duties- Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
- Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
- Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
- Create and build relationship with new and existing clients.
- Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
- Assist the District Manager in directing the whole team.
- Green industry related experience required for success.
- ISA Certified Arborist®.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Regional plant and horticulture knowledge.
- Good people skills; self‑motivated; computer proficient and organized.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry‑approved tree care practices.
- Preferred:
Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates. - TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional and ISA TRAQ certification a plus.

Base salary range $78,000 to $150,000+ per year, plus commissions. Minimum 2‑4 years of experience required.
Relocation AssistanceRelocation assistance available for candidates not currently residing in the Bay Area, subject to restrictions.
