Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Napa, CA for a Senior Escrow Officer. The Senior Escrow Officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire escrow process for residential real estate transactions, managing document preparation, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all processes comply with regulations. The role includes conducting closings, providing notary services, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Closings and Escrow processes
• Professional Notary certification (or ability to obtain one in California)
• Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role in the real estate industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in escrow and title software systems is an advantage
