$19.00/hr - $21.85/hr

Minimum qualifications include:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking
  • Ability to prepare and follow Holiday recipes
  • Effective communication in English and excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
  • Basic Computer skills preferred

In this role, you will:

  • Review menus and food-production instructions, prepare meals following Holiday recipes, and ensure portion-control standards.
  • Oversee preparation and set-up of serving carts for nutritious, attractively garnished meals served punctually.
  • Follow food safety procedures in preparation, covering, labeling, and storing food.
  • Accurately complete logs for refrigerator, freezer, and production sheets.
  • Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning preparation and serving areas, pots, pans, and kitchen surfaces.
  • Focus on resident satisfaction and address food-related concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
