Position

Bartender – hourly rate $16.90 plus tips, with FREE Medical, Dental & Vision. Employment at Andaz Napa, part of the Hyatt lifestyle brand.

Bartenders provide libations and offer customized recommendations. They must be familiar with the latest mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, focusing on maintaining an attractive bar. The role offers opportunities for casual conversation, creativity, and building on one’s style and prior bartending experience. Preferred candidates understand state and local serving guidelines.

• Previous bartending experience required.
